When we release a new version of HymenopteraMine, we transfer all user accounts including saved lists and queries from the previous release. The first time you log in to the new release a list upgrade process will be initiated, and may take a few moments depending on how many lists you have. You should view your lists under your MyMine tab to check their status. Sometimes lists will change due to updates in the gene sets and other data sources. To permanently preserve your lists as they are in an older HymenopteraMine release, you should download them to your local computer.
Users working on species with updated gene sets or updated assemblies in particular should beware of changed lists. Check the HymenopteraMine release update page to see if your species of interest has been updated.
